How much does commercial cleaning cost?

Small to medium offices start at $560 per month with 3 cleanings per week and a minimum of 15 cleanings per month. Large offices run approximately $750 per month at the same cadence. Final pricing is based on square footage, frequency, and service needs.
What affects my price?

Square footage, number of restrooms, breakrooms and common areas, floor care needs, trash volume, disinfecting needs, supply restocking, and frequency of service.
When do you clean?

Monday through Sunday, 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM EST. We work in the evening so your business is never interrupted and your team arrives to a clean space.
Do you supply the cleaning products?

Yes. We supply all cleaning products at no extra charge. Organic air freshener is available on request.
What about paper goods and restroom supplies?

Monthly restock is an extra $85 per month and covers toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, trash can liners, disinfecting wipes, dish soap, and breakroom essentials on request. If you supply your own items, you save the $85.
Is there a contract or minimum?

Plans are available monthly, quarterly, and annually. The minimum commitment is 2 months before discontinuing service.
Who actually cleans my building?

The owner is on site for every cleaning. You get consistency and accountability instead of a rotating crew.
How do I request a change to my service?

Any time an adjustment or request is needed, email your account number and the request to info@juicykibbles.com, or send us a text.
Where do you work?

We proudly service Rome, Cartersville, Cedartown, Rockmart, and Adairsville, Georgia, plus nearby communities in Floyd, Bartow, Polk, and Gordon counties.
