Home & Lifestyle Check-In

Starting at $49 / visit

A scheduled visit for general household needs and a visible walk-through. Mail and package collection, trash and recycling, plants, refrigerator and supply check, thermostat, utility confirmation, and photos of agreed-upon items. Family updates when authorized.

Not a medical or clinical assessment.

Errand Assistance

$49 / hour

Grocery shopping, prescription pickup, dry-cleaning, post office, returns and exchanges, household supplies, meal pickup, donation drop-off, gift shopping, and local deliveries. Merchandise and third-party expenses billed separately.

Technology Assistance

$69 / session

Smartphone and tablet instruction, email and printer setup, TV and streaming, video calls, online scheduling, contact lists, basic password organization, patient-portal navigation, and identifying suspicious messages.

We do not provide financial, legal, cybersecurity, or medical advice.

Appointment Companion

$55 / hour · 2 hr minimum

Reminders, transportation coordination, check-in assistance, waiting through the appointment, note-taking at your request, and a pharmacy or grocery stop afterward. Family updates with written authorization.

We do not interpret medical instructions or make health decisions.

Pet Concierge

Starting at $45 / visit

Feeding and fresh water, dog walking, pet check-ins, veterinarian and groomer transportation, pet-supply pickup, prescription pickup, and home + pet visits while owners are away.

Home-Service Coordination

Starting at $55 / visit

Waiting for repair technicians, meeting approved vendors, opening the home for scheduled service, documenting arrival and departure, photographing completed work, and coordinating cleaners, landscapers, contractors, or delivery.

We do not perform skilled repairs or guarantee vendor work.

Paperwork & Household Organization

$55 / hour

Sorting mail, household folders, receipts, shred prep, appointment calendars, home-service contact lists, warranty and manual organization, donation prep, and general downsizing assistance.

We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, or financial-planning services.

Home-Away Check

Starting at $49 / visit

For clients traveling or temporarily away: exterior and interior walk-through, mail collection, plants, thermostat, visible leak or damage check, vendor access, and photo updates.

Not a licensed home inspection or security service.

We build custom plans for post-hospital household support, moving and downsizing, vacation home monitoring, recurring pet transportation, temporary caregiver relief, estate coordination, extended appointment companionship, seasonal residents, and corporate employee concierge programs.

What we don't do

The Goldfinch Concierge does not provide hands-on personal care, medical assistance, medication administration, bathing, dressing, lifting, skilled nursing, overnight supervision, or emergency-response monitoring. When a client's needs grow, we refer families to appropriately licensed providers.
