What memberships cover

Membership fees cover concierge labor and coordination within the stated limits. Unused hours expire at the end of the billing period; limited rollover may be granted as a customer-service exception.

What they do not cover

Groceries, meals, prescriptions, pet supplies, merchandise, repair bills, vendor charges, parking, tolls, admission fees, long-distance mileage, medical services, personal care, overnight supervision, or emergency-response services.
